  • DescriptionIf I am doing your live event painting primarily, I will pause it after the ceremony & paint guest sketches during the cocktail hour & reception. I will finish your painting at home after your wedding. text goes here

  • Yes! After you send your inquiry or email, I will send you a Pricing + Service Guide if your date is available. You’ll be able to see all of the cost breakdowns of guest sketching as an add on or standalone service.

  • Guest sketching is so interactive and customizable, it is perfect for ANY event that you want your guest to have a fun and unique experience. It is a great addition to other celebrations & parties, corporate gatherings, and promotions.

  • Guests can enjoy their time at your event and stop by for their photo to be taken. I will paint their portrait using the photo so they don't need to stand for their portrait (unless they want to hang out and watch their portrait come to life!) They may pickup their portrait at the end of event.

  • I provide signage to help keep all things organized and running smoothly. Depending on the event size, I may bring an assistant to manage organization / photo taking etc. while I paint.

  • Each painted portrait is painted with professional grade acrylic or Watercolor paint on heavyweight watercolor paper. They are true to life: capturing the most essential details-- yet impressionistic: capturing movement, personality, and ambiance.

  • Yes! If guest sketching as a standalone service, the final cost is determined by the base rate + distance traveled.

  • I bring all of my supplies, signage, and lighting. I require a table set up in your cocktail hour & reception space and decorated as you wish with at least 2 chairs. A 6 foot rectangular table works best.

  • Guests can choose to have their names written alongside their sketch. Depending on the event, you can request a more specific style ahead of time (for instance, a more "fashions sketch' look or include a splash of color in the background etc.

  • I can complete a single portrait in 5-10 minutes, and a double portrait in 10-15 minutes. Depending on your event's size, not everyone will be sketched, but keep in mind not everyone will ask for one. I offer an add-on package that will cover any additional portraits to be completed after your event for those interested to be mailed directly to you to include in their thank you card. Another alternative is bringing an assistant of equal skill to paint alongside to ensure most if not all guests are sketched.
