In the moment: The Live Event Painting experience provides guests with a unique experience through which to mingle on your big day. It adds an air of artful elegance.

Big picture: Your painting will forever be a reminder of a moment in time that meant the world to you. You are investing in an heirloom that speaks love stories to the future generations that will lovingly cherish it too.

The “How”

  • Lets connect: Submit inquiry with all the details (I can’t wait to hear from you!)

    I will send out my Pricing + Service Guide if your date is available.

  • Collaborative Call: When you’ve decided to book, we’ll set up a brief Facetime or phone call to talk details and go over any questions you may have. (This typically takes about 20-30 minutes.)

  • Make it official: I will send you a digital proposal including a contract and invoice. Pay your deposit, sign your contract, and celebrate for crossing an item off your wedding planning to-do list!

  • Iron out any details as your date nears.

    (For example, let me know which scene you want captured forever if you hadn’t yet decided!)

  • Day of: I arrive at your venue about 3 hours early to set up and start painting the scenery of your chosen scene.

  • GET MARRIED and have the absolute best day ever! I can’t wait celebrate you as I paint the beautiful moments as they unfold.

  • Studio Tune Ups: Your artwork comes back with me for any additional details needed and for vanishing. When it’s finished, I’ll reach out to arrange a pickup date/time.

  • It’s All Yours: Your painting will be ready for pickup in Old City, Philadelphia —>

    Your painted heirloom is all yours so you can re-live the best day ever for years to come.
